Billing, cancellation and refunds

Last updated 11 October 2026

How Premium is billed, how to cancel, and how refunds work.

Premium subscription

Premium costs AUD 9.99 per month, with no free trial, and renews monthly until cancelled. The checkout shows the total you will be charged, the currency, the billing frequency and how to cancel before you pay. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay.

When checkout identifies a purchase as Sold through Link, it uses Stripe Managed Payments. Sold through Link, LLC is the merchant of record under the applicable Stripe terms; Sport Mule remains the seller responsible for the product. Link's terms also govern those purchases. Contact Sport Mule about the service or your access, and Link for its payment-support options.

Cancelling future renewals

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your Premium access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancellation by itself does not request a refund; the refund section below still applies.

To cancel, open Profile, follows and plan in the app and choose Manage subscription, which opens your billing portal. For an eligible Sold through Link purchase you can also use Link's subscription management. Email support@sportmule.com.au if you need help.

Refunds and subscription access

To request a refund, email support@sportmule.com.au with the email you used to buy Premium, a receipt or transaction reference, and a short explanation. Do not send a password or full card details. Eligible Sold through Link purchases also have the Link support and refund options below.

When we issue a full refund of a Premium subscription payment, we also end that subscription and its paid Premium access and stop future renewals, subject to any overriding legal requirement. Ordinary cancellation without a refund follows the paid-through-access rule above. A partial refund does not by itself end your subscription or access.

Other refund and cancellation rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. A faulty, misdescribed or improperly supplied service may entitle you to a remedy.

Eligible Sold through Link purchases can also qualify under Link's refund policy for specified problems, such as non-delivery, materially misdescribed or unfit products, corrupted digital goods, or unauthorised or duplicate payments. Its issue-based process generally requires a request within 60 days of the completed transaction. A more protective applicable Link policy takes priority over a conflicting seller policy. This is not a general 60-day change-of-mind offer.

Under Link's current terms, UK consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period from access to or delivery of the purchased product. Use Link Customer Support's refund process and identify the cooling-off period as the reason. Other applicable legal rights remain.
